[Report] On Sunday, April 26, 2026, we participated in the 🌎 Kids Global Festival 2026 🌎✨

On Sunday, April 26th, we participated in the "Kids Global Festival 2026" at the JICA Earth Plaza!
The event theme is "~ Let's Explore, Talk, and Play Around the World! ~ Intercultural Understanding & Communication Festival."
This event provided children with opportunities to meet people from around the world and experience different cultures.

The venue was filled with children's smiles and a vibrant mix of cultures, creating a warm and wonderful atmosphere!

At the JII booth, children enjoyed an original game themed around "World Cuisine".

The game began with quetion: Which food looks most like an onigiri?
Children first, arrange cards of foods from around the world and gather different food cards similar to “onigiri”.

"Maybe this one~?" Or "Is it this one~?
The collected cards are then placed on a world map to show which country each food came from.

Once completed, chldren got sweets and original JII stickers! 🙌
Everyone excitedly said, "I want to try!" and participated enthusiastically, while carefully thinking about their answers.

Through this game, we wanted to convey an important message that,
Since people around the world eat similar kinds of foods,
even if countries, cultures, and customs differ, we all share something in common.
We hope that we could convey this message through this game.

At the same time, we were able to introduce our activities, including OFP, to parents and participants of the event,
It was a very meaningful time.

We were honored to have everyone stop by our booth, enjoy the games together, and have great conversations.
