Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (National Holiday) Let’s Talk! Creating Communities Where Children Thrive (Resident’s Meeting @ Bunkyo Ward) ~Special Project Commemorating JII’s Certified NPO Status ~

As residents living in the same community, why not come together—Japanese and foreign residents alike—to talk about the environment we want our children to grow up in?

At JII, as a special project to commemorate the acquisition of certified NPO status, we have decided to hold a residents' meeting on Tuesday, November 3 ( Naitonal holiday) under the theme of Creating Communities Where Children Thrive!

As residents living in the same community, this is a casual space where Japanese and foreign residents can talk together about the environment in which children grow up.
This is not about finding the right answers or reaching a conclusion. It is an opportunity to freely share our everyday experiences and thoughts, and to learn from one another’s perspectives.
We hope that the experience of "being able to speak" and "being able to listen" will become the first step toward building better relationships in the community together from now on.
