Saturday, October 24, 2026 [For Members] How to Navigate Job Changes in Japan (2nd Lifestyle and Work Information Exchange Meeting)

The "Living and Work Information Exchange Meeting" that started in September will hold its second session! (※The report of the first session is here)

The theme this time is"How to Navigate Job Chnages in Japan"
We will be inviting Otonari-san (a Japanese volunteer) who has experience working in both Japanese and foreign-affiliated companies and has gone through multiple job changes.
Based on their own job change experiences, they plan to talk about ways of thinking and approaches to consider when thinking about changing jobs.

In the latter half, we plan to have a time for participants to exchange information about “changing jobs,” including things you usually worry about or are unsure of, as well as your own experiences. We aim to create a small, casual discussion group in a safe environment unique to OFP members.

This is a valuable opportunity to hear about experiences from Otonari-san, who has extensive job-changing experience, and to ask questions and seek advice.
Don't miss this opportunity—please join us!
