We will hold a Living and Working Information Exchange Meeting for foreigners living in Japan!

"What is important in Japanese workplaces? ... What is Hou-Ren-So?"
"I don't really understand how to get along with Japanese people... What are 'honne and tatemae' and 'reading the air'?"
Otonari-san (Japanese volunteers) will talk based on their experiences about questions and concerns that foreigners feel in daily life and workplaces in Japan.

In the latter half, there will also be a Q&A and casual chat time with Otonari-san.
We aim to create a gathering where you can ask Otonari-san about things you usually wonder about, exchange information with other participants, and feel relaxed while joining! It will also be a great opportunity to practice speaking Japanese.

The sessions are planned to be held several times, each with a different theme.

The first session is8:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16From.
The theme is "Let's Learn About Japanese Workplace Culture and Insurance"!

Two Otonari-san who have worked at companies for many years will talk about the following topics.
① Otonari-san’s own Japanese company’s “Japanese corporate culture and way of thinking”
② Money matters in emergencies – Japanese insurance (public and private), and preparations for illness, injury, and car accidents ～
