* In principle, we will meet at the location where support is provided. If you wish to meet at a different location due to special circumstances, please provide your reason and preferred location.
9. How long will you wait for the arrangement of volunteers? (The latest waiting period is three business days before the accompanying date. For example, if the accompanying date is February 7, the maximum waiting period is until the end of the day on February 3, which is three business days prior.)
If we are unable to assign you by three days before the scheduled date, the office will contact you.

  • If we cannot find suitable volunteers, we will not be able to provide support.
  • Please make your request at least 5 business days in advance of the date you need support (If the support does not require accompaniment or face-to-face interaction, you can request it with at least 3 business days' notice)
  • Volunteer support hours are generally from "8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays", excluding the year-end and New Year holidays. Additionally, each support session is limited to a maximum of 3 hours.
  • This content pertains to the essential infrastructure development in welfare, healthcare, education, and daily life, specifically focusing on support for procedures and communication.
  • We do not provide support beyond what was requested in advance. If you need additional support, please consult the office or submit a new request.

  • Please notify us of any cancellations or changes by 12:00 PM, three days before the scheduled date.
