Support for Refugees and Displaced Persons

Mr. Higashi has been supporting the children of Ukrainian refugee families through Japanese language learning for two years since their arrival in Japan.

As of April 1, over 4 million Ukrainians have been forced to flee the country due to Russia's military invasion of Ukraine.
