Q. Calling others 'Mom' (18 months)

Recently, I've been able to clearly say "Mom,"especially when I want something or need her to do something for me.

I often call others 'Mom,' and I'm unsure whether I should point this out or if it's okay as it is.

A.

At 18 months old, children still can't say names when calling someone.

So, it's about using words thatyou can say to yourself and call out to others.

When calling out to someone, children learn that they need to use terms like 'Mom' or 'Dad.'

I also call out to others as 'Mom.'

In such cases, mothers should say things like, 'You should call her grandma.'

It's okay if you still can't say it.

As you do this, you'll gradually start to remember, and one day you'll be able to say it.

I think saying "Hello" is also a good option. Let me teach you some words to engage in conversation.
